Our CEO

Joel M. Brown II, is a highly sought-after executive coach, speaker, and advisor to organizations and leaders. He has extensive experience as an executive at several large healthcare organizations and as chair of the board for several multimillion-dollar non-profits. Internationally recognized for his TEDx Wilmington talk "What's Next For You," as well as his keynote addresses, leadership and clinical lectures, publications, and podcasts. He is a board member and Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), Chair of the Board for Leadership Delaware, Inc.(LDI), and a certified coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member.
