Meet Joel M. Brown II, CEO, MSM-HCA, RRT, FAARC, a highly sought-after executive coach, speaker, and advisor to organizations and leaders. He has extensive experience as an executive at several large healthcare organizations and as chair of the board for several multimillion-dollar non-profits. Joel is passionate about developing high-performing CEOs, entrepreneurs, leaders, teams, and organizations. He has received international recognition for his TEDx Wilmington talk "What's Next For You," as well as his keynote addresses, leadership and clinical lectures, publications, and podcasts. Joel is also a board member and Fellow of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), Chair of the Board for Leadership Delaware, Inc.(LDI), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member and a Certified Executive Coach from Center for Executive Coach.
Previously, Joel served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Medic, Chair of the Delaware Department of Professional Regulation’s Respiratory Care Practice Council, and advisory board member for several state and community colleges’ respiratory care programs. He holds a BS in Biology/Respiratory Care from Millersville University, an MS in Health Care Management from Wilmington University, and a Lean Six Sigma Certification from the University of DE.
Aside from his impressive professional accomplishments, Joel is also a dedicated philanthropist. He founded The Brojora Foundation with his wife, a scholarship/mentoring foundation. Additionally, he hosts the Knowledge Discussions Podcast (aka the KnoD) on Spotify.com.
Our Team
Meet Rashida, MBA, PMP, is the Managing Partner at Arrived Leadership leading Business Operations and Finance. She has had an impressive career as a global finance leader with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Chemical Industries. She has held several leadership positions throughout her career guiding the strategic financial direction of business units, functions, and commercial products. Rashida is also known for her ability to lead change management and roll out financial transformation programs.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rashida is also committed to giving back to her community. She founded, with her husband, The Brojora Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students in her past and present communities who plan to attend HBCUs. Rashida's dedication to both her professional and philanthropic endeavors is truly inspiring.
Meet Julia, BSED, a dedicated administrative consultant at Arrived Leadership who provides virtual administrative services to our clients. Julia prioritizes time management and creates efficient systems and responsive methods for communication to meet our client’s needs. Along with her role at Arrived Leadership, Julia is also a passionate elementary school teacher who focuses on providing a caring, engaging, and enriching environment for her students. She values making connections, serving her community, and fostering growth and creativity in others.
Meet Taja, BA Com, our social media consultant with six years of experience in digital communication and public relations. She is well-known for her exceptional skills in social media management, planning and strategy, brand building, crisis communication, and project management. Taja has extensive knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as digital management tools like Canva, Curator, Google Analytics, and WordPress. She is enthusiastic about keeping herself updated with the latest industry trends and assisting clients in optimizing their campaigns to reach their intended audience.
